We at Kavi want to make sure our customers are better informed about their system availability. As part of that effort, Kavi will be publishing updates on a regular basis to this Forum during any system status interruptions of a significant nature. We will also provide a post-mortem and needed next steps afterwards, where appropriate. Kavi will also be communicating to impacted customers using other channels as needed during any system status interruption, and will direct customers back to this Forum for status updates.
