Comment Manager is designed to help your teams produce high-quality content through dynamic collaboration that quickly achieves consensus. Kavi achieves this through a variety of features that enable every participant to easily engage, whether they be a Chair, Comment Manager, Committee Member or a member of the General Public. We’ve transformed the visual appearance and organization of data on-screen to greatly improve usability and erase the learning curve.
Our Trainer Chris Ogden - joined by Kavi's President, Mark Ace, along with Product Manager Mike Robinson - held a training webinar yesterday to preview the enhancements to the Comment Manager component in Kavi Workspace.
If you missed the presentation, you can watch the recorded video:

In addition, we've added new features to Comment Tracker - such as “threading” so that multiple responses can be made on a comment, and shown with it in a “threaded” conversation. Comment threads are now fully viewable in the Comments list view, so Comment Managers no longer have to “dive in” to the details page in order to read the comment and its responses.
We've attached a Comment Manager Highlights document below that describes the usability enhancements and UI changes in a more detailed way.
If you have questions or concerns about this upcoming release - scheduled to be deployed to your Kavi Workspace during the week of July 15th I'll be tracking comments here. Or feel free to contact us via an email to the Kavi Support Desk!
